Research has proven that two bananas provide enough energy
for a 90 minute strenuous workout.  For that reason, the banana
is considered the number one fruit with most world athletes. 

But energy isn't the only thing a banana can assist with. 

Here are more reasons to keep bananas in your daily diet:


*** Snacking on a banana between meals helps to keep blood
sugar levels up and avoids morning sickness.  


*** It is rumored that the quickest way to cure a hangover is to
make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. 

Why?  The banana calms the stomach and, honey helps build
up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and
re-hydrates your system. (If anyone ever tried this, did it work? )
I will have to remember this if the time comes.
